Come play, sound, move and have fun in this safe space of radical permission. In this 90 minute healing workshop, we will explore our voice as a sacred vessel for self-acceptance, empowerment, and personal transformation. Our time together will include:

* expressive games that nourish the inner child and shed self-judgment

* voice + movement explorations that bring the voice home to the body

* improvisational playgrounds where we reconnect to our creative impulses and say yes to what feels good

No singing experience needed. Sacred Voice Liberation is about releasing conditioning around what the voice should and shouldn’t sound like, and healing wounds of not having a "good" voice. Together, we will honor your voice as the muscle of your soul. We will plant seeds of confidence in your unique sound. We will expand your capacity to express yourself with embodied authenticity.
