About the event
Kundalini yoga uses exercises, meditations, breath, sound, and other tools to
enhance one’s physical, mental, and spiritual practice and growth. Join her for this
six-week series of classes. Please arrive 10 minutes early to register and get
situated. There is limited space so please contact Pamela at 503-530-3965 to pre-
register and reserve your spot. Cost $10/class or pay in advance and save $20.
Pamela Ruona, MHR Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, KRIâ„¢
After decades of working in policy and program development and training for
long-term and community-based care in Oregon, Pamela Ruona, MHR, has
pivoted her life’s trajectory toward the development of her heart, her mind, her
body, and her spirit through Kundalini Yoga. As a result, Pamela has completed
her Level One Instructor Certification via The Kundalini Yoga Institute, â„¢ and is
now offering classes to those who are interested in embarking on their own inner
journey, using Kundalini Yoga to guide this process.
